As our Executive Director of Strategy, People & Transformation, you’ll be at the heart of reshaping how we work, lead, and serve. You’ll drive cultural change, embed performance and insight-led decision-making, and lead our HR, digital, customer, communications, and transformation functions. You’ll also play a pivotal role in preparing the organisation for Local Government Reorganisation and devolution opportunities.
Ahead of LGR, you’ll be joining a council in motion, with the chance to shape what comes next, not just respond to it. Whether it’s preparing for devolution, tackling housing pressures, or modernising how we work, this is your opportunity to lead with purpose and deliver lasting impact.
